Holiday Shipping:
Many of our carrier partners are experiencing delays that may take it longer than usual for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience during this busy holiday season as we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive email updates with tracking as your order ships and makes it way to you.
Should I order from AMAZON?
We are currently sold out of PEACH on Amazon. If you purchase on Amazon, you will be buying a Chinese counterfeit product. Sadly, we have many knock offs on the site. Amazon will not remove them while our patent is still pending.
General Shipping:
Orders placed by 3pm, will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday, will ship on Monday.
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, your order will ship within 1 business day.
Please note that international shipping can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in some countries.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders.
International Shipping Rates Vary. Please see checkout page for international rates for your country.
Do you ship to the UK and Europe?
Yes we do! You can get free shipping via Amazon by clicking here.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Simply email us with your receipt, name and order number and we will process the cancellation. You MUST have purchased directly from our website or Facebook page in order to cancel. We cannot cancel from unauthorized 3rd party sellers.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a no questions asked 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't love it, simply send it back to us and we will send you a refund. You must email us with your name, order number and a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for shipping costs back to us, nor can we refund an order from unauthorized 3rd party sellers.
