We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new vendors! 

Here are the brief terms and conditions we have: 

Minimum Opening Order: 1 Case (50-Pack)

All prices are listed in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.

e-Commerce Pricing Policy
Unique Obsessions’ intention is to support full-priced business models.  Customers may not use the POP IT PAL name or products we sell to advertise or otherwise promote POP IT PAL products on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP (minimum advertised price). Please refer to our catalog for the MAP.

All sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price described above should be short-term in scope and limited in frequency. If a customer operates outside this e-commerce pricing policy, Unique Obsessions will request that the customer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, Unique Obsessions will cease to accept and/or ship orders from said customer.

All POP IT PAL images, logos and photography are the exclusive property of Unique Obsessions, LLC. Image usage and reproduction requires written permission and is conditional on the approval of medium and specific use. Images from Unique Obsessions are available upon request to

Third Party Marketplace Policy
All online sales must come through your independent e-commerce site. Unique Obsessions does not partner with companies who sell on or any other 3rd party websites such as, Ebay, etc. Any existing or prospective customer must have approval from Unique Obsessions to obtain an exclusive agreement to sell on any third party marketplace. If the company has not been approved to sell on or other third party marketplace sites, Unique Obsessions has the right to no longer accept orders from said company.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We ship by USPS or UPS Ground for domestic orders and USPS Priority Mail International or DHL for International orders. We are happy to work with you if there is another shipping method you would prefer to use as long as there is detailed tracking. 

Drop Shipping and C.O.D.
Unique Obsessions does not drop ship or ship c.o.d.

Samples may be purchased at wholesale prices with a maximum of 1 x sample per SKU. The minimum case pack quantities do not apply. The samples are not for resale. Samples can be included in an existing order or mailed separately. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Lead Times
While we are happy to work with you to get your shipment out by a certain date, our lead times are not guaranteed. Once an order is confirmed, in-stock items usually ship in 1-2 weeks. Out of stock or backordered items usually ship in 6-8 weeks. If timing is critical, please submit your order at least two months before your need-by date. Lead times after tradeshows are 4-8 weeks.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with Unique Obsessions brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer, and/or proximity to another wholesale account.

We accept payment by company check, wire transfer, Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Wire transfers have an additional $35 surcharge. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references and who have placed a minimum of 6 orders. Net 30 terms may be revoked after two late payments. 

Late Payments
Payments must be made on or before the due date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. Unique Obsessions reserves the right to submit all unpaid invoices to a collection agency. The buyer is responsible for any collection costs or legal fees.

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortage and damages before signing acceptance of goods. Any claims for damages or shortage of cartons must be made directly with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier. If there is concealed damage, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization.There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed for any items returned and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If returning due to defect, Unique Obsessions, please contact us immediately.
